Self Scoring Module Tests 

Multiple choice type questions for each of the seven Modules of the History of Quebec and Canada program. A running score indicates your level of mastery of the Module content.

Summative and Synthesis Questions 

A series of ready to print tests which include 20 Summative and 10 Synthesis type questions for each of the seven Modules of the History of Quebec and Canada program
Answer keys are now available for each of the tests, English and French versions, and are found on the last page of each test.
These summative and synthesis questions were constructed by Walter Baslyk, Social Studies consultant at the Lester B. Pearson School Board.

Bank of Questions

Multiple choice questions based on the 7 Modules, 18 Units and 48 Topics of the History of Quebec and Canada course. Questions are indexed by Module, Unit and Topic  and include Graphics (maps and diagrams). To be used as end of Unit Tests (15 questions each). They can be printed directly from the page with the answer key on the last page of each exam.

Interactive Tutorial

This interactive software has been prepared for students enrolled in the History of Quebec and Canada course. It allows them to test themselves on their knowledge of the program and  improve their performance by following a Tutorial with learning prompts. Very popular, it consists of 10 separate exams with multiple choice and structured response questions, scoring and prompts.
This tutorial was created and  developed by Michael Carley, Social Studies consultant at the Baldwin Cartier School Board.  Try it !

Proctor

 An earlier version of the Tutorial, it consists of 250 multiple choice questions. The questions are categorized by Module and Unit. Graphics (maps and charts) are in separate files divided by Module, to be downloaded and printed for your students . Good for older computers.
PURPOSE: To allow students to work on a computer individually or in small groups, in order to practice with Describe, Analyze and Synthesize type of Multiple Choice Questions. 
USE: In a learning situation with rationales provided by the computer or in an testing situation with scoring, review and re-testing provided.
